Located on Ocean Way in Jacksonville, the venue was once a horse stable before being relocated to the Towers Family Farm. In 2019, we were originally called in to demolish the structure. But when we arrived and truly saw the space—its character, its history, and its potential—we knew it deserved a second life. What was meant to be torn down became something worth preserving.
The idea of creating an event venue had been a dream since 2012. When this opportunity quite literally dropped into our lap in 2019, everything aligned. We envisioned transforming the stable into a place where people could gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories. A space built with intention, creativity, and heart.
After four years of thoughtful planning, designing, and building, the venue was completed in 2023. Every detail was carefully considered. We paid attention to the little things—the things often overlooked—by learning from challenges we’ve seen at other venues and making sure they didn’t exist here.
Our purpose has always been simple: build a place people truly enjoy, and they will come. We wanted to create a venue not just for events, but for the community—a welcoming space where moments feel effortless and experiences feel special.
What once housed horses now hosts celebrations, connections, and memories. We’re proud to share this space with you and honored to be part of the moments that matter most.
